Upon my arrival, I had to cancel all reservations I had made for this motel. The rooms were not as pictured or advertised - very dated and would not have been safe for several in our party with mobility issues. Do have to say the manager/staff were extremely understanding about my reasons for canceling all rooms less than 24 hours from arrival, and did waive all cancelation fees

This is definitely a no-frills place: it has a bed, a small table and chair, a TV and a functioning bathroom. And the neighborhood is definitely the industrial part of town, not close to the downtown Sheridan vibe. But this is not a negative review: for what it is, it is spotlessly clean and perfectly fine. Breakfast was perfectly fine.
